I’ve spent my adult years trying to make a living out of riding a motorcycle. I’ve partially succeeded, having earned my Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) RiderCoach certification in 2006. It’s been mostly a part-time job since then, but there have been times that teaching folks to ride has been my primary job.

A few years ago I accepted a job I thought would carry me through to retirement. I worked hard and did some great things, but I failed to see until too late that someone I thought was working with me was putting all his efforts into taking me down. I’ve made some effort to find a new employer, but honestly, I’d rather spend my final years working 24/7 with people I care for and things I’m passionate about.

This is the website of that dream. I promise everything here is 100% authentic. I’m old and have become pretty good at some things (t-shirt quilts for one – how-to videos coming soon). I’m also still learning other cool stuff (leather work and rebuilding my ’55 Panhead). Please subscribe to my YouTube channel; it costs nothing and helps an old biker chick out. You might even learn something or find something you can share.

I’m also going to be updating and rebranding my memoir, Shovelhead Redemption, and I have a few other writing projects in the works. And because all of that isn’t enough, I’m going to start a year-long motorcycle riding challenge for women that will be a lot of fun; it’s going to be called “The Hunt”(ridethehunt.com – coming soon!).
