I’ve always enjoyed cooking. I spent 10 years in Georgia in my twenties and learned to make killer biscuits and gravy. Having to go gluten-free after battling symptoms of severe allergies on my first Hoka Hey, I’ve put more effort into making amazing meals on a wood pellet smoker. Going low carb has given me more recipes and ideas for living gluten-free. I’ll share recipes that are great for meals, parties, or food to take on the road. Bikers like to eat, so it’s relevant. 🙂
